The Lindfield community showed its support for a Lindfield Community Bank® Branch of Bendigo Bank at a public meeting held in May. David Langdon (Chairman of Ku-ring-gai Financial Services Limited) and Bill Nevill (Chairman of the Lindfield Community Bank® Project Steering Committee) field excellent questions from attendees. The project enjoys the support of Ku-ring-gai Council and the public meeting was attended by Mayor Ian Cross and Councillor Rakesh Duncombe, show top right with Denice Kelly, Branch Manager at Turramurra Community Bank® Branch.

Profits from the bank would be returned to the Lindfield community in the form of dividends, sponsorships, donations and grants.

How do I show my support?

To establish a Community Bank® Branch in Lindfield we require indicative Pledges of support of between $500 and $5000 from local residents and business that would like to become shareholders in the company which will operate the local branch.
